What Fort Hood suspect Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan allegedly has done is horrific, cowardly, and deplorable but can America deny systematic and deliberate racism?

Fort Hood suspect Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan is one of a hundreds of thousands in America who are systematically taunted, harassed and metally tortured in America by the racists. He snapped and perhaps committed the worst crime. While few official details have been released about Hasan, his family and others have given some insight into the man accused of killing 13 people and wounded 38 others in Thursday's massacre at Fort Hood Army Post in Texas. What he allegedly did is deplorable. Racism can never be fought with vulger use of terror. The racists of America, the neo cons, the right wing bigots have to be fought with non-violence. That is how Martin Luther King and Mahatama Gandhi made those neo-Nazi racists whether white Americans or British run into the enclave of “sanity.”

Fort Hood suspect Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan was a Muslim of Palestinian decent. He was mocked by the racist American neocon bigots. The bumper sticker reading "Allah is Love" was torn off and his Honda was keyed. A police report was filed in the August 16 incident involving Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan's Honda, and a neighbor was charged with criminal mischief. He could not support the war on terror by America because he saw the war in a different eye. He was vocal about his opposition to America’s war on terror.

Colored intellectuals, professionals, citizens in America with diverse religions face racism every day from the American cops, prosecutors, and faulty criminal justice system. They are taunted directly and indirectly by their white American neighbors who never learn to tolerate something called diversity and affirmative action. If a white person compaints against a colored man of non-christian religion, the cops of small towns gang up on that individual of religious or ethnic monority. They call him or her to police station. They use Reid tactic to get a false confession after an arrest for no reason. This happens every day Present Obama, every day. This even happens in the well educated counties of liberal states like NJ.

That is meant to punish the cops, prosecutors and judges that try to punish someone on the basis of his or her color, religion and so on. But unfortunately, President Obama, that happens every day. Yes, President Obama, it is time for you and your party to wake up. Racism today targets religious minorities more than the Blacks and Hispaics. Take the example of NJ State Police. They racially profiled minorities for decades to harass them systematically in the highways of NJ. When ACLU attorneys finally exposed the organized racism in NJ State Police, NJ State reached a quick ‘whitewash’ compromise with the Federal Government under a closed door environment in less than a week. Now Federal Government has stopped monitoring the cops of NJ who for decades racially profiled and unjustifiedly punished minorities.

Racism happens every day in America. Some of the NJ’s Morris County, Hunter County racist cops are rejoicing Governor elect Christie’s victory over Corzine. They believe they now can have free hand to harass the minority intellectuals even more. What is more sad is the fact that some County prosecutors sometimes support these vulgar recist cops of America.

How do you fight these racism? How can you stand up against the racist cops and prosecutors? What Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan allegedly did, is not the right way. Terror can never be fought with terrror. Terrorists are actually the most coward people. To fight racism, to fight terror of recist cops whether in NJ or elsewhere in America, you need real courage. The courage is needed to confront the racial terrorists, the neocon cops. Sometimes the legal system can be used to confront these shameless vulgers. It is nor easy. But Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan’s way is not right. It will just give the racist terrorists an excuse to increase harassment of the religious and ethnic minorities in America.

President Obama must lead to protect the religious and ethnic monorities of America from unjust taunt and harassment. Sticter laws against these kind of bigotry is warrnted for the survival of America as a politically indpented nation.
