IT outsourcing majors Infosys Technologies and Wipro together lost USD 2.6 billion from their market capitalization. The valuation of Infosys fell by USD 1.42 billion to USD 26.24 billion, while that of Wipro declined by USD 1.17 billion to USD 25.12 billion.
Indian outsourcing industry suffers from lack of product innovation as supplying people and making money hourly rates suufer as westrern economies fall into deep dpression.
America faces steep commodity inflation and deep job depression. In the middle of that it is impossible to survive as as sole export oriented insutry, say outsourcing experts.
