He is determined to expose the secret Italian connection. He is ready to find the truth. Advocate Ajay Agrawal, the main spearhead for pursuing the Bofors case in the Supreme Court, filed the motion in the Delhi High Court seeking rejection of any such move by the investigating agency (CBI). The motion alleges that the Centre has been trying to bail out the 69-year-old Italian businessman against whom “there are ample and solidevidences for his prosecution“.
“I should be treated as complainant in the matter and may be allowed to participate in the proceedings of the case and the court may consider all the aspects and rejects such closure report that may be filed by CBI before it,” Mr. Agrawal said.
