Criminal cops reign all around the world – from America to India to South Africa to Iran
Whether it is Kashmir of India, or New Jersey of America or Tehran of Iran, criminal cops are roaming around all over the world. These are called criminals in the uniform. They favor their own race. They obstruct justice to make sure their own fellow policemen are found not guilty. They kill mercilessly, charge innocent people for racial or religious reasons. They are the criminals against humanity.
In America, New Jersey State Police were found guilty of racial profiling. The Local police in United States have enormous power to charge innocent people for racial or religious reasons. United States Federal Government sued NJ State for racial profiling of blacks, Hispanics and Asians. Secretly in less than a week, the US Government and NJ State reached an out of court deal. The provisions of monitoring the NJ State Police are ending recently. The bias is clear. In India, it is no different. Amandeep murder case once again brings to surface the deep-rooted nexus between criminals and goons in khakhi. Two top cops have finally been jailed on accusations of conspiring with the perpetrators of the crime and tampering with the evidence in the murder case. This is not the first time that such an experience of law keepers proving to be the law breakers has shocked the conscience of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. However, this may be one of the rare cases where the culprits in Khaki are actually being nailed.
Unfortunately in America, the cops, prosecutors and the judges form a team like a gang. They can intimidate the defense lawyers into submission of guilt of an innocent person. In South Africa, secretly police continue to abuse the laws. In Tehran, Mullahs control the streets. The police continue to harass the innocent. The pretrial intervention program (PTI) in America allows first time offenders opportunity of avoiding severe penalties and a clean record after a probation period. But PTI is controlled by the whims of the prosecutors and cops. The racially biased cops and prosecutors continue to abuse the system by not offering PTI to Blacks, Hispanics, Asians.
The distrust of police in the communities are increasing exponentially. In Pakistan, the corrupt and abusive cops kept Musharraf in power for a long time.
The criminal cops and some politicians join hands in controlling the media, the common people in violation of the constitution of their own country.
In India, interrogation is nasty on Muslims. In America, if a non-white harms a white, the interrogation can be so nasty that many times innocent people are forced to agree to confess to things they never even imagine doing. Amnesty international has questioned these tactics of American cops in its magazine ‘False Confessions: Scaring Suspects to Death.’ It can be seen in : WORLD ARTICLES
