The Indian Government sleeps while Chinese intrusions in India increase exponentially. Provoking India again, Chinese Army (PLA) made incursion in Uttarakhand on September 5, and on September 13. Some Indian TV reports said that the state Chief Minister of Uttrakhand in India has appealed to the prime minister and the home ministry for more patrolling force to strengthen the border areas.

According to locals in the area, the Chinese military came as far as Rimkhim in the Chamoli district and left behind cigarettes and biscuit packet wrappers. They painted China on the ground to provoke local people and officials. Two weeks ago, the Indian army had confirmed Chinese incursion in Leh. Chinese helicopters are also intruding in Uttrarakhand and Ladack to scare Indian population.
