The anatomy of Musharraf’s confession – he made a total fool of George Bush and the right wing American neo cons

Musharraf finally opened his mouth. He told the world proudly that he made the biggest fool of George Bush and his neo con American right wing associates. While American neo con right wing Government under the presidency of George Bush was first fooled by the Iranian agents in attacking Iraq, Musharraf did the masterful act of stealing American money, lying about fight against Al-Queda terror, and strengthening the defense against India. Pervez Musharraf has said that military aid provided by the US to Pakistan for the war against terror during his tenure had been used to strengthen defences against India. Mr. Musharraf admitted that he had violated rules governing the use of the military aid, and justified his actions by saying he had “acted in the best interest of Pakistan.”

Musharraf says he does not care about the Americans. The Americans would have entered Pakistan with or without Indians on the side to capture Pakistani Military assets. He fooled the Americans to protect Pakistan from the big bully superpower. Pakistan would have faced the same what Iraq has faced.

What many think tanks in the world predicted came true with Musharraf’s direct confession. The former military ruler, who resigned as President in August last year to avoid impeachment, said he was not ready to compromise on Pakistan’s interests.

India and several influential lawmakers in the US have been saying that Pakistan had used funds given to it by the US to take on militants to strengthen its defences against India.

However, Pakistan had been denying the charges.

Mr. Musharraf said that if he had not supported the US in the war against terror after the 9/11 attacks, American forces could have entered Pakistan to capture its nuclear assets. He said it was also possible that the US and India could have jointly attacked the country.

What can America do today? The biggesr question is – did George Bush and CIA know about Musharraf’s tactics? How could Musharraf get away with such deception?
