Indian Railway shivers from Lalu’s aftereffect – Mamata perplexed

He new railway Minister Mamata Bannerjee is perplexed with Indian Railway’s jitter with the Lalu hangovers.
"The Railways, in the previous government, functioned in Lalu's style. The RJD leader, through oral orders created these halts without the nod of the Railway board," Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar says.
He calls Lalu the lawless Wild West cowboy of India whose rules were created through his tongue and not any formal processes.
"By creating several halts without ensuring permission from the Railway Board, Mr. Prasad has put present railway minister (Mamata Banerjee from West Bengal) in the dock", Mr. Kumar said.
Mamata Bannerjee does not want trouble in Bihar. She has enough is West Bengal dealing with the decaying splinters of hardcore communists deep rooted but hated in West Bengal.
