Satyam caught with fake educational and employment certificates for US visa fraud – shame on US politicians that support H1b and illegal immigration
Harish Baliga
Jan. 23, 2009

Indian body shopping outfits – the so-called Indian IT companies engaged in cyber-slave trading have used thousands of fake documents to obtain visas for drivers, cooks, and other who know noting about computers and IT. The US consulates, the US department of Immigration have been completely fooled by these companies while US lawmakers and the executive branch allow such fraud to happen to please the US Corporations.

A new dimension is emerging in the infamous Satyam saga. Information available with the Express suggests that thousands of people have been sent to the United States by the IT major on the basis of fake educational and employment Certificates. The fault lies with American Government, the executive and legislative branches. They never control illegal immigration making it possible for companies like Satyam to engage in raw immigration frauds in thousands.

Shame on George Bush and the Senators and Congressman who support H1B visas and illegal immigration.

It is high time that H1B and illegal immigration is completely checked. While this atrocity by Satyam is exposed in India, Obama Administration and the US lawmakers are expanding the number of H1B visas. What a shame!
