Indian oligarch Tata has no right to insult Bengalis, and Mamata –it is time to boycott all Tata vehicles and Land Rovers
Sneha Chatterjee
Oct. 19, 2008

It is sad that bribing the communists did not work for Ratan Tata. The same guy, who flew F18s with the help of Boeing, bribed the communists to deprive Bengali farmers of their livelihood. Shamefully, Gujarat Chief Minister, accommodated this Ratan fellow and his Nano ambition that will eventually turn into mega catastrophe as Indian economy plunges into depression.

"We are considering legal action against him for his comments. He is speaking like a political leader. Let him contest an election from Bengal," Banerjee told newspersons in Kolkata.

In an advertisement splashed in several newspapers here, Ratan Tata on Friday warned the people of West Bengal of the "destructive political environment of confrontation" that he said the Trinamool Congress was espousing.

Time has come to teach Ratan the oligarch a lesson. It is the right time to boycott the Tata vehicles and Land Rover/Range Rover brand.
