It has started in Kanpur and is spreading fast to other parts of India. Indian cyber cafes are the epicenter of terrorism as the terror operators and sleeping cells use these cafes freely to organize, monitor and control their terror operations.
India has started directing cyber cafes to monitor visual pics of visitors to nab the terror operators that use public Internet in India.
India has started cyber cafe owners to not allow anybody use their Internet infrastructure who do not have a valid identity proof. The cyber cafes are also required to maintain complete record of the visitors.
Local authorities are preparing a list of tenants in the cities and suburbs of India.
The district magistrates are warning of strict action under section 188 of the IPC against those violating the directions.
